Thalassaemia is a blood related disease/disorder which requires costly drugs for treatment. Such patients require regular blood transmission. In this backdrop, blood donation camps were conducted regularly to provide blood to the patients free of cost and without replacement condition.
Dr. Tahsin Khan, the Vice President, Indian Women’s Association, Kuwait is the main sponsor for the medicines to the patients for the last several years.
